**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Guide clients through the process of making offers and negotiating contracts
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support during the closing process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Ontario real estate license (Students nearing completion of their real estate course are also welcome)
- Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of property management principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
