**Edmonton Craft Beer Guide | Part-Time (Mostly Weekends)**
Canadian Craft Tours is excited to be recruiting Craft Beer guides touring Edmonton Breweries.
Edmonton Brewery Tours & Canadian Craft Tours (Same Company) host Craft beer, and wine tours across the Country under different brands (Toronto Brewery Tours, Vancouver Brewery Tours, The Beer Bus) and is looking for a new guide to host tours for groups of 2-24 guests in Edmonton
Every tour and customer interaction is handled with a yes mentality through employee empowerment. Each guide is the captain of their bus (And Class 4 Licenses are paid for by the company. In Edmonton this is not always a necessary asset/certification).
Guide performance is measured from customer service scores, social reviews, referral achievements, task achievements, cost control on tours, and leadership on tour.

**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:
- Craft Beverage presentations to guests daily on-site at craft breweries
- Leading tour groups each tour from 4-60 guests to introduce them to the local beer, wine and food scene
- Staying on schedule/ keeping on schedule
- Positive promotion of our local venue partners
- Semi-annual blog to keep on the inside edge of the beer/wine/tour market
- Staying plugged into the AB craft beer market to take advantage of collaboration projects
- Bus coordination and staging, receipt control and filing, customer coordination
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

- Must be able to meet guests at Edmonton Visitors Centre
- Clean drivers abstract & criminal record check
- Class 5, 4 or 2 drivers license
- Past work experience in craft beer or wine an asset, extreme hobby is probably all good. You just need to love Craft Beer and supporting local breweries. If you do not know what a craft brewery is, do NOT apply.
- Team player
- Self-starting
- Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday peak period)
- Ability to sometimes work weekdays and weeknights, although that is somewhat rare
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem solving on your feet

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
