**Project Manager**
Permanent position | Full-Time | Montreal (QC)

**What will your role be?**
You will join the healthcare project management (PMO) team, and work in defining and developing highly innovative training solutions for the medical domain.
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Work closely with a dynamic engineering team on latest & greatest technologies.
- Work in close cooperation with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Academy, Customer Support, Sales and Operation to bring new products to market.
- Be a key player in the development and productization of training solutions such as patient simulators, surgical simulators, ultrasound simulators, cathlab simulators, tailored training solutions for the medical device manufacturers (OEM) and pharmaceutic industry.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Resources, Stakeholder, Communication, Change management, Quality).
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques (ex : calculate SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, ECD).
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- In collaboration with global sourcing, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**What qualifications are we looking for?**
You have:

- A BS degree in software engineering or computer science.
- More than 8 years of experience in **project management**.
- A strong experience working in innovative and **complex R&D projects**.
- Strong understanding of the product-development lifecycle.
- Good knowledge (proficient) in **Microsoft Project**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in **French and English**.

Assets:

- PMP Certification
- Experience in the Medical Device/Healthcare Industry.
