Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an IT Applications Analyst for our IT department. This position will
involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the
Applications Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
conduct analysis, and provide technical expertise to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

- 3-5+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree / Three-year degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information
- Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- their lifecycle.- Strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies, such as SDLC, Agile,
- and ITIL.- Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Dayforce,

ensuring it meets the needs of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Customize and configure Dayforce to align with HR policies, workflows, and

business requirements.
