Weekend Doorman

**Overview**.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Door Attendant to join our team. As a Door Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises. If you have experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Monitor and control access to the building
- Maintain a visible presence at the entrance
- Assist with luggage and packages as needed
- Provide directions and information to guests
- Respond to emergencies or security incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe environment

**Qualifications**.
- Previous experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and assist with lifting heavy items if necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Calgary, AB T2T 2B1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2T 2B1: Relocate before starting work (required)
