**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the resort, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and effective communication with guests.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service and improve operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment, training, and employee management.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and campground management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
