**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for **Carpenter-Service Technician** with commercial carpentry experience to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with a broad knowledge and experience in carpentry (preferably commercial construction) to come into an environment where you are working autonomously and trusted to do the job, supporting the site supervision team to maintain the progress of both Reotech and sub-trades scopes by completing any required carpentry and labour tasks for the project.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will spend their day at sites within the lower mainland, working on small projects, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects. A good majority of the sites are occupied spaces as we specialize in Tenant Improvements. Your key responsibilities will Include:

- Travelling to various project sites.
- Drywall repairs and painting.
- Installation of doors, flooring, T-bar ceiling, windows, washroom accessories, door hardware, wood backing etc.
- Minor wood & steel stud framing.
- Deficiency repairs to new builds
- Other duties as assigned

- Able to commute to our head office / shop in Coquitlam daily
- CSA approved safety footwear
