Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with welcoming attitude
- Answer any questions about the menu with enthusiasm
- Able to offer substitutions to guests with food allergies and/or dietary restrictions
- Take orders in a timely manner and communicate with team members
- Ensure all work spaces and service areas are cleaned and organized
- Refill and restock items as needed
- Responsible for the accuracy of the cash register and POS system when processing payments
- Adheres to food safety standards
- May perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bonus points for those with previous experience in customer sales and service
