**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE: Site Delivery Coordinator**

**DEPARTMENT: Site Management**

**REPORTS TO: Simon Lamb, Field Operations Manager**

**SUMMARY**:
The Site Delivery Coordinator will provide overall deliveries and assist sites as required and enforce company and project policies including safety sets ups for project start-up.
The Site Delivery Coordinator will perform all functions and responsibilities in line with the company’s values and beliefs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As a member of the Project Team, your duties include being in charge of all deliveries to sites, which include but not limited to site set-ups, safety set ups and overall control of trucking for sites
- Assure safety requirements are being held up
- Maintain daily vehicle log
- Ensure the implementation of DPI’s Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite and adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements
- Advise senior management of potential problems
- Perform additional assignments as directed by staff or as required for successful project completion
- Potential for onsite general labour and for assisting site managers (which includes watching over the site in their absence)
- Assist in weekly scheduling / plan for deliveries

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- First Aid, WHMIS, Fall Protection and general safety training and certifications.
- Basic knowledge of construction and safety regulations
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.
- Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites

**PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Potential for general labour on individual sites
- Ability to spend extended hours walking construction sites and traveling to different project sites and offices
- Work at various job site locations. Exposure to outdoors, dust, high noise levels, hot and cold weather is likely. Wearing personal protective equipment is mandatory

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
