Responsibilities of this job include:

- Working with and in all types of fine home interior and exterior painting environments
- Performing proper trim prep work (caulking, filling, sanding)
- Demonstrating superior competency with hand tools, including brushes, rollers, & sprayers (sprayer experience preferred but not required)
- Competency and comfortability handling all kinds of ladder work
- Ability to work seamlessly with other team members and simultaneously with other trades

Rate of pay dependent on applicant's leadership abilities, and profitability brought to the company.
