Bakery Assistant

Duncan, Canada Craig Street Brewing Company Full time

Must be available Tuesday through Saturday days, and reliable transportation is preferred.

Job Duties Include:

- Making pizza dough, breads, buns, pastry, pies, cakes, cheesecakes, etc.
- Preparing batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Runing baking machinery such as high-volume mixing machines, ovens and other equipment
- Decorating cakes or other baked goods
- Ensuring product quality meets established standards
- Cleaning and sanitizing of bakery equipment, counters and floors after each shift
- Delivery of baked goods to restaurant locations

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
