Si cela vous ressemble, Volta recherche un/e Artiste Principal(e) de Marketing qui contribuera par son expertise et son expérience pour aider à solidifier les fondations de notre équipe de Marketing Art haut de gamme à continuer d'évoluer et livrer la qualité VOLTA

**Responsabilités principales**:

- _ Créer des illustrations marketing haut de gamme visuellement épatantes et engageantes dans une vari_é_t_é_ de styles, mais en mettant l'accent sur le realisme et le photorealisme, principalement pour la promotion de jeux vidéos._
- Diriger une équipe d'artistes dans la création d'illustrations de marketing de haute qualité, telles que des «Key Art», des designs de personnages, de l'art conceptuel et autres matériaux promotionnels.
- Fournir des lignes directrices et des commentaires à l'équipe marketing pour s'assurer que tous les éléments créés répondent aux attentes les plus élevées de qualité et de créativité.
- Participer régulièrement à des rencontres avec le/la Directeur Artistique, Chargé/e de Projet et clients pour s'assurer du bon déroulement des projets.
- Respecter les délais et le déroulement des projets.
- Aider à construire, et améliorer les processus du département marketing.

**Exigences**:

- Cinq ans et plus d'expérience en illustration haut de gamme, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership.
- Un portfolio comprenant des illustrations, dont des designs de personnages et de l'art conceptuel.
- Une bonne connaissance des outils de conception standards de l'industrie, tels qu'Adobe Photoshop ainsi que des logiciels 3D tels que Blender, Zbrush, 3D Coat ou Unreal Engine est un grand plus.
- Une compréhension solide de l'anatomie, du geste et des expressions faciales.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
- Une capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Une compréhension de base de la chaîne de développement de jeux ainsi que des principes de conception.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and engaging high end marketing assets in a variety of styles but with a strong focus on realism and photorealism, mainly for the promotion of video games.
- Lead a team of artists to create high-quality marketing illustrations, including Key Arts, character designs, concept art, and other promotional materials.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the marketing team to ensure that all materials meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Participate in regular check-ins with the AD, PM and clients to ensure that projects are on track.
- Meet deadlines and stay within the project's scope.
- Help build and improve the existing structure of the marketing department.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in high end illustration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of illustration work, including character designs and concept art.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Familiarity with 3D software like Blender, Zbrush, 3D Coat or Unreal Engine is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, gesture, and facial expressions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Having a basic understanding of game development pipeline and design principles.
