We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of **Systems Analyst - Intermediate **to join our dynamic team to work at our client.
- Contract Duration: 12 months_
- NOTE: This position is hybrid : _3 days on site and 2 remote

**Responsibilities**:

- 2. Liase with other project team members, vendors and clients/stakeholders to identify and address system issues to optimize workflow processes
- 3. Assist with the creation of test scripts; support various phases of testing (system, user acceptance, load, penetration etc); troubleshoot issues, investigate technical problems and recommend solutions
- 4. Help maintain up-to-date system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting known issues.

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements**

**1. Technical Knowledge and Skills (40%)**
- 1.1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system analysis and creation of technical documentation
- 1.2. Practical experience with large scale business transformation projects and business process analysis/modeling initiatives
- 1.3. Knowledge of ITIL processes
- 1.4. Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies
- 1.6. Document defined system management process and procedures;
**2. Problem-Solving, Analytical and Issues Management Skills (30%)**
- 2.1. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve and ability to work independently and juggle multiple competing tasks
- 2.2. Ability to identify, analyse and document issues including options for resolution
- 2.3. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows, for as-is and to-be states
- 2.4. Experience providing solutions to various technical, operational, and service-related problems, efficiently and effectively
- 2.5. Ability to troubleshoot for persistent problems arising from diverse technology situations

**3. Communication and Customer Service Skills (30%)**
- 3.1 Must be organized and able to prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deliverables.
- 3.2 Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to develop operational documents, training materials, policy, processes and procedures.
- 3.3 Ability to develop and draft technical recommendations for senior management.
- 3.4 Demonstrated customer service skills to manage issues.
- 3.5 Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- 3.7 Ability to evaluate recommendations and ensures all recommended solutions for improvement are congruent with the project goals and objectives.

**Must**
- 5-7 years Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system analysis and creation of technical documentation
- Practical experience with large scale business transformation projects and business process analysis/modeling initiatives for reputable organizations

**Nice**
- Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies
- Experience with OKTA, IAM software's, Oracle IM
- Public Sector Experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour
