Sales Manager Assistant with Graphic Design Skills

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant with a focus on graphic design. This position is a unique blend of sales, marketing, and design responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales manager to understand client needs and preferences.
- Use graphic design skills (proficiency in Illustrator is required) to create visual representations for signage and awning proposals.
- Assist in writing up quotes and proposals for clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
- Meet with clients when needed. (You are required to have driver's license and a vehicle)

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly using Illustrator.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in marketing and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field to the signs industry.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (experience with Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a sales-focused role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Licence/Certification:

Job Duties:

- Work on multiple projects at once and consistently meet draft deadlines.
- Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the project's progress and answer any questions they might have.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
