**About Us**

Foxglove Nursery is a wholesale nursery located in idyllic south east Kelowna, catering to landscapers and contractors. We have been in operation for over 20 years.

**Are you a motivated self starter, looking for part time work in an amazing, supportive, work environment? We are looking for part time seasonal (March - end of June) potting staff, to help our nursery start the season. This job entails working in an outdoor and indoor environment.**

**Schedule**

Monday to Friday 9 - 2 (as per school hours)

All scheduled school holidays will be off

**Job description**:

- Assist in propagating perennials
- Mix and prepare soils
- Planting, labeling and moving plants
- Fertilizing
- Follow production schedule
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Skills**
- Able to work alone or part of a team
- Positive
- Detail oriented
- Follows directions
- No experience necessary but would be an asset
- Self motivated
- Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment

**Employees must provide their own**:

- reliable transportation to work site
- steel toed footwear
- outdoor clothing for all weather conditions
- gloves

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
