Vous répondrez, enanglais et en français, aux demandes de facturation des clients, identifierez les besoins uniques de chaque client, répondrez aux préoccupations, prendrez les paiements et exercerez l’intelligenceémotionnelle pour améliorer l’expérience client

**Alors, à quoi ressemble une journée dans la vie d’un représentant du service à la clientèle?**
- Communiquer avec les clients par le biais d’appels entrants reliées à la facturation, les paiements, les services existants et nouveaux, les offres promotionnelles et la mise à niveau / rétrogradation des services
- Identifier les besoins des clients grâce à une écoute active pour répondre aux questions, aider au dépannage ou faire des recommandations de produits en fonction des besoins des clients
- Adoptez une approche consultative avec les clients qui rencontrent des problèmes avec leurservice en s’appropriant du problème et de la resolution
- Utiliser plusieurs systèmes informatiques pour rechercher des produits, des services, des problèmes communs et des solutions offertes
- Documenter les besoins, les interactions et les résultats des clients dans l’outil ou le systèmeapproprié, y compris la création de demandes supplémentaires si les problèmes ne peuvent pas être résolus en temps reel
- Créer un facteur « WOW » dans chaque interaction grâce à des compétences de communication exceptionnelles, en s’appropriant de l’interaction et de la rapidité du service
- Séances de coaching 1:1 régulières avec votre superviseur pour vous assurer que vous respectezles indicateurs de performance clés

**Requirements**:
**Pour être choisi avec succès, vous aurez besoin de ces qualités**:

- Vous avez au moins 18 ans
- Vous pouvez travailler entre les heures de [HOOPS], mais vous avez de la flexibilité car les besoins de l’entreprise peuvent changer
- Vous avez au moins 6 mois d’expérience en service à la clientèle et vous comprenez la valeurdu coaching / feedback
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans le dépannage des problèmes et comprenez l’importanced’assumer la responsabilité du résultat pour le client
- Faire preuve d’une nature bienveillante, solidaire et amicale dans chaque interaction avec la plus grande confiance et urgence
- Vous êtes compétent en informatique, à l’aise assis à un bureau et travaillant avec plusieursmoniteurs
- Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et à l’aise de fournir aux clients des recommandations et des solutions
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Vous êtes à l’aise de travailler à domicile et disposez d’un espace approprié avec une connexion Internet câblée

Pay: $18.00-$19.25 per hour
