Job Title**:Commercial Real Estate Agent**

Location: 22 E 5 th Ave, Vancouver BC

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

**Salary**: $125,000 - $150,000 (Commission Based)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pursuing the prospecting tasks provided by team lead
- Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects
- Maintaining a database of all interactions made
- Providing general administrative support to team lead
- Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all RECBC required documents for compliance purposes

**Required Qualifications**
- **Post-secondary degree** in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong English **communication skills**, both written and verbal
- Minimum **2 years of sales** and customer service experience
- Previous cold calling expertise would be considered as an asset
- Real estate related experience is preferred, but not required
- A current **real estate license is required**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Hold yourself and the team accountable to exceed client expectations
- Demonstrate consistent care for the client, even when they prove challenging
- Be prepared to work onsite within allotted hours and manage any absences in advance
- Dress and present yourself appropriately for an office setting
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to change and support the growth of the team

**Salary**: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
