**Pro Shop Starter - Seasonal - Highland Country Club**

**Full Job Description**

Located in the heart of the city of London we have been quietly building London’s finest member-owned private club since 1922. We offer our members an exceptional golf, curling and social experience. We are very proud of our superbly maintained and challenging Stanley Thompson designed golf course.

About the Role:

- The Starter will be required to work in conjunction with the professional shop to control and manage the flow of golf course play for members and guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- The Starter will be responsible to ensure all players have been checked in including the payment of all cart and guest fees.
- The Starter will be responsible for the management of tee times including on-course marshaling, matching and introducing players, informing players of the day to day rules and upcoming events, enforcing dress code and assisting back shop and front shop staff.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills and mature, calm, demeanor would be considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
