**As Housekeeping Supervisor you will**:

- Ensure a conducive and happy working environment for all Associates
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in conducting performance appraisals.
- Respond promptly and confidently to any workplace injury, completion of WSBC forms as necessary.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with other departments.
- Lead by example in the use of safe work practices, and injury prevention methods.
- Conduct opening duties, room inspections and closing duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent observational skills.
- Knowledge of, and ability to use all cleaning equipment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and spoken English.
- Physical fitness and dexterity.
- Friendly and enthusiastic manner, great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
- Some Supervisory experience would be helpful.

Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule.
