- Answering the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Payment Collections
- Insurance billing
- Able to work independently in a fast paced work environment
- Collect and record patients’ personal and medical information
- Daily financial patient reconciliation
- Scanning patient documents into electronic medical records as required
- Patient Examinations
- Patient Preparation
- Patient Education
- General Office Cleaning (stock treatment rooms, sanitize tables, folding laundry)
- Other duties assigned daily.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a health and wellness office is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus
