Blue Hills Community School is an educational institution that consists of kindergarten to grade 3 students. Located in High Level, Florence MacDougall's projected enrollment is 323 students for the 2024-25 school year. Click here for more information regarding FMCS

This position will commence with the 2024-25 school term. The intention of this role is to provide leadership, oversee school budget, manage resources, foster student growth, and support teachers and other staff.

**Qualifications**:
Permanent Alberta Teaching Certificate

Minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience

Masters degree in leadership or Curriculum

Experience in educational leadership
