**Job Overview**

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and stat holidays. Opportunity for additional hours when we attend various car shows throughout the year.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers about repair recommendations, costs, and timelines.
- Create detailed estimates and work orders, book appointments, and follow up on the progress of each repair during the day.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and payments.
- Order parts for approved estimates.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with automotive service management software is a plus.
- Strong social media skills is not a requirement but an added asset.
- Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Must have a valid Canada driver’s license.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
