As our innovative business grows rapidly, we are seeking full-time Production Workers for Packaging Department. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker may be responsible for preparing, assembling, or packing our products at our Richmond location. Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30am-4pm)

Salary: $18/h

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Constantly maintain a clean and safe worksite before, during, and after production activities- Feed and unload processing machines- Safely load, unload, and transfer products to and from equipment or conveyors- Product quality checks: specification, packaging, produce, seal integrity- Dispose of garbage including boxes and bags- Report any quality defects during production- Follow and complete the production schedule- Commitment to Food Safety by adhering to HACCP and CFIA hygiene rules / sanitary work practices- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Comfortable working in refrigeration- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner- Effective verbal and listening communications skills- Commitment to quality and safety- Ability to lift to 55lbs- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
