We specialize in youth athlete conditioning, seniors fitness, cycling and running programs, pre and post natal training, nutrition counselling and small group workouts. Our beautiful studio is located in a redesigned warehouse which creates a unique environment for our clients.

Conquer Training and Powerwatts Kingston offer professional fitness services for the entire family. Programming includes one-on-one personal training, small group sessions and the most advanced indoor cycling workouts on the planet. We have worked diligently to create a strong community of clients and employees who are excited to see one another on a daily basis. We are currently seeking a new employee who can confidently step in and take the lead with clients and classes.

**Hours**: starting at 20 hours per week with potential for growth to 35 hours per week

**Qualifications**: Current personal training, group training and/or strength and conditioning certification. Current first aid/CPR or willingness to recertify before starting. Undergraduate degree in a health-related field would be highly beneficial. Experience with pre and post natal, group training and group cycling beneficial. Confident with social media platforms.

Evaluation will include aspects of professional conduct, ability to work well with other staff, timeliness for appointments, professional appearance, commitment to work hours without changes, willingness to help cover other work in case of staff illness or other concerns
