Innovere Medical is looking for a highly motivated and organized Technical Project Manager that will be responsible for the flow of production by managing a cross-functional team to ensure engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain targets are being met. In this role, the Technical Project Manager acts as a liaison with a contract manufacturer (CM) and Innovere’s internal team to ensure that production targets are being achieved. The Technical Project Manager will be highly organized and confident in their ability to manage projects within set deadlines.

This role will require having a strong mechanical/manufacturing engineering background to effectively manage the project. Understanding technical fundamentals to achieve operational goals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team meetings on project tasks updates.
- Lead reporting meetings to management team; weekly/as needed.
- Manage timelines for technical changes and ensure milestones are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for providing project status reports to the customer and proactively create action items to ensure project timelines are being met.
- Implement systems to measure manufacturing KPIs, including non-conformances, supplier performance and on-time deliveries.
- Drive inventory process efficiency by working closely with supply chain/suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct all work in compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Travel to contract manufacturer (located in Germany) as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with contract manufacturer to achieve highly effective and measurable results.
- Provide direction and receive updates from suppliers to ensure quality, cost and delivery commitments are being met.
- Interact, integrate and drive results across cross-functional teams; contract manufacturer, engineering, quality, supply chain etc.
- Track and provide timely project status, summary, and issue resolution reporting.
- Innovate and take lead on new program strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
- 3-5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing environment or related work experience.
- Prior experience in process, inventory, manufacturing and operations management.
- Experience in task management and vendor/supplier management.
- Can track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with contract manufacturing and outsourced suppliers.
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to react and adjust work based on new information that is provided by cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong self-initiative and work ethic.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485 is an asset.
- Strong motivation to support the company mission is necessary to succeed.
