**Exciting Opportunity: Lead Miner / Jumbo Operator (Gowest, Bradshaw Project, Timmins, ON)**

**We need results oriented miners that can run the Jumbo and meet the following performance expectations**:

- Lead a development crew to safe and successful results.
- Cycle a full round according to the mining plan, following geology control for mínimal dilution.
- Safely run the Jumbo with ease.
- Construct and maintain underground installations as face advances.
- Organize the removal of muck from the work area.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Outstanding safety record
- Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Specialty Module - U0089 or equivalent. **Soft Rock experience not accepted**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience operating the Jumbo
- Must be able to cycle a full round
- Experience leading a development crew
