**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Manager, the Ward Clerk I will provide operational support and organizational assistance to the patient care in the Restorative Care Unit.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Successful completion of academic Grade XII or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of Post Secondary education with a focus on office administration procedures required.
- Graduation from an approved Medical Terminology course required.
- Experience with Meditech modules preferred.
- Experience with Order Entry EMR preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).
- Previous experience in a health care setting as asset.
- Skill and accuracy in typing.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Long assignment, Full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly
- Beginning as soon as possible until June 30, 2023

**Compensation and Incentives**:

- $20.09 - $21.90 Hourly
