Sales Manager

Vixman Construction Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Sales Manager. Duties include the sourcing and management of sales opportunities, the servicing of an established client base, and the supervision of an estimating team. This individual will also become a key role player in the organization, interacting constantly with all other facets of the business (drafting, construction, management).
- A college or university degree.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales preferably in the construction industry.
- A proven track record of successful sales.
- The ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- A high level of communication skills (both spoken and written).
- A high level of mathematical aptitude.
- Good computer and social media skills.
- A background in the steel construction industry.
- A minimum of 3 references.
