**As a Warehouse Manager** you will be responsible for managing and controlling all Supreme Services warehouse-related activities. You will oversee warehouse planning, coordinating inventory and the purchasing of materials. You will work in conjunction with Divisional Managers and our team of trades including carpenters, painters, drywall installers and repair techs.

**Responsibilities Include**:
WAREHOUSE MANAGMENT:

- Plan and organize materials, equipment and tools including inventory tasks
- Oversee accurate inventory tracking
- Maintain, clean and repair equipment as needed
- Maintain an organized warehouse and exterior grounds,
- Coach and train production technicians on warehouse systems
- Operate and oversee operations of forklift

PURCHASING & INVENTORY
- Oversee the purchasing of materials & supplies with goal of minimizing costs and ensuring in-stock items
- Receiving and job site delivery
- Ensure a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products; sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies
- Ensure delivery of materials to job sites allowing for greater effectiveness of job performance
- Work with managers to minimize inefficiencies of material pickups (limiting the # offsite material runs)
- Work with Supervisors to improve morning ‘go’ times.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

- Understand and promote all safety and risk management guidelines related to equipment and the warehouse
- Serve on the JHSC

OTHER:

- Oversee vehicle management
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Divisional Managers, Supervisors and the Office Manager, as well as production technicians related to materials and job site requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse management experience
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control
- Proven supervisory abilities and enhanced people skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Be capable of lifting heavy objects daily

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

**Experience**:

- warehouse management: 2 years (required)
