**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding.
- Completing all tasks to high standards within designated timelines.
- Working both independently and as part of a team, with mínimal supervision.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to different project environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

**Additional Benefits**:

- Possession of a car and driver's license is encouraged but not required; owning a vehicle and having a license will result in an additional $1/hour wage increase.
