We are creative, rewarding, fun, and our goal is to The SPACE is a CRA registered not-for profit Charitable organization that brings the world of the arts to the rural community of Springfield, Manitoba and surrounding area through a variety of art classes including many styles of dance, theatre, visual, literary, music and much more..

The SPACE Inc is looking for dance instructors We’re seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a recreational and/or competitive level in multiple disciplines of dance.

The expectation of this position is to teach fun and structured classes to recreational and competitive level dancers. Your personality and instruction style will align with the mission of the SPACE Inc. which is to provide a positive and stimulating environment for youth and adults to gain knowledge and skills and to share the love of the arts while at the same time developing self-esteem, self-confidence, physical and emotional well-being by offering structured classes and performance opportunities. Our studio values encouragement and inclusivity, while providing dancers with valuable life skills and tools they will carry with them into the world outside of dance, such as the value of hardwork, perseverance, and commitment.

Teachers will reflect these values in all that they say and do. As a member of the SPACE Inc., you’ll work cohesively with other faculty members and office staff to provide a seamless delivery.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3-6 per week
