**Job Description**:
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
**In this role you will**:
- Conduct recruitment planning conversations with hiring managers.
- Determining the appropriate sourcing channels for job postings and recommend ways to recruit for hard-to-fill positions.
- Create performance-based phone interview questions for hourly field based roles.
- Verify with HR Advisor offer letter details; wage, start date, orientation times.
- Create and send accurate offer letters; participate and lead in offer presentations.
- Participate in various recruitment related information sessions and career fairs to enhance the NRB employer brand and promote career opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or relevant field.
- CPHR or RPR designation is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in high volume recruiting for industrial/skilled trades for multiple locations.
- High level of professional and timely customer service both internally and externally is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the Human Resources team and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with an ATS is required; experience with Smart Recruiters is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Outlook.
