Technical Support Analyst

Synergy IT Solutions looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its growing team, who has past experience of supporting Hybrid Infrastructures with minimum 5 years experience.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of Active Directory, Windows Servers, Azure AD.
- Familiar with core network and virtualization concepts.
- Azure, AWS, Cloud technologies.
- Experience with monitoring or logging analysis tools (System Center Operations Manager)
- Provide leadership and guidance on cloud solutions to personnel across both operational and strategic levels, as well as third party contractors and vendors supporting the IT department and other business units.
- Collaborate with the IT department and other teams to improve asset management and accountability for cloud hosted infrastructure, controls, and integrations.
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
Job Role
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and Network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and networks
- Collaborate with other technical support team members to identify and resolve complex problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
**Experience**:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Works Platfom
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
