Partner Relations Manager- Western Canada

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Partner Relations Manager (Western Canada, Remote) to join our growing Canada Partner Relations Team and take our company and platform to the next level
What you'll be doing everyday:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to meet enrollment objectives for institution partners.- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner institutions- Prospect for new partner institutions through outreach, networking, presentations- Develop new strategies to promote technology solutions to stakeholders- Create and deliver presentations at national and international conferences- Work internally with cross-functional teams and partner institutions on new initiatives and processes improvement- Develop strategies and tactics to deliver on regional international student recruitment objectives, including conversion metrics and increasing seat availabilities- Negotiate and execute institutional partnership agreements- Act as an internal and external point-of-contact for partner institutions- Work across teams to respond to program inquiries and partner institution escalations
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in education industry, experience in recruitment or admissions is preferred- Strong network of existing contacts in Canadian international education sector- Passion for excellence, a sense of accountability, strong work-ethic, taking pride in a job well-done, and attention to detail are all must-have traits- Project management experience and/or training- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections- Successful track-record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling, as required.- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills- Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative- Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts- Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software
