**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Refrigeration Technician with demonstrated leadership abilities to join our team. As a leader in residential HVAC services, we focus exclusively on residential clients, providing our technicians with a unique opportunity to specialize and excel in this sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and training to apprentice technicians.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of [5] years of experience as an HVAC Refrigeration Technician.
- Strong leadership skills with a desire to lead and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
- Valid Frigoriste Compagnon certification.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Description du Poste**: Nous recherchons un frigoriste HVAC expérimenté ayant des compétences en leadership démontrées pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que leader dans les services HVAC résidentiels, nous nous concentrons exclusivement sur des travaux résidentiels, offrant à nos techniciens une opportunité unique de se spécialiser et d'exceller dans ce secteur.

**Responsabilités**:

- Effectuer l'installation, la maintenance et la réparation des systèmes HVAC résidentiels.
- Diriger une équipe pour garantir l'achèvement opportun et de qualité des projets.
- Fournir des conseils et une formation aux apprenti.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes des systèmes HVAC.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et aborder les préoccupations éventuelles.
- Maintenir des dossiers précis des travaux effectués et des matériaux utilisés.

**Exigences**:

- Solides compétences en leadership avec un désir de diriger une équipe.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requis.
- Certification de Frigoriste Compagnon valide.

**Salary**: $43.00-$50.00 per hour
