Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.

Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians.

**What You'll Do Here**:
- Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.- Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.- Maintain and organize document files.- Assists other staff in office duties as required.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.- Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring mínimal supervisions.- Work schedule flexibility, including evenings and/or weekends.
