- General Duties:
- Reports to work on time and in full uniform
- Follows established sign in/out procedures
- Knowledge of services offered in the hotel

- Maintenance and cleanliness of work area (pools, change rooms, corridors, and grounds)
- Maintains guest adherence to regulations of areas
- Maintenance and cleanliness equipment and storage spaces
- Maintenance and organization of recreation supplies
- Greeting guests in a friendly manner
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Informs manager of guest comments promptly

- Appearance and Grooming

- Arranges and cleans furniture, fixtures, equipment
- Ensures cleanliness of areas
- Provides towel service for pool deck
