Since our inception in 2009, Burly Boyz Moving and Storage has successfully redefined the moving industry by providing a committed approach to customer service and quality workmanship. With locations in Edmonton, Vancouver, and Toronto our dynamic organization is in the beginning stages of our Canadian expansion, with plans to grow into additional markets in the near future.

Although we focus on long-distance relocations across Canada, we handle local relocation services with ease by leveraging our competitive advantage, with our high-quality team members. The moving and storage industry is currently thriving and this has allowed us to grow our customer base over 50% year on year.

**What We Offer**:

- A starting wage of **$20.00 - $22.00** per hour depending on experience in the moving industry
- A tip-friendly environment which can amount to an extra **$2.00-4.00** an hour.
- Full benefit plan after a 90 day probationary period.

To support our mission statement we are looking for clean cut, professional, and dependable individuals to join our growing team.

As a **Furniture Mover** you will actively participate in all aspects of the moving process which will include,
- Padding, packing, and furniture disassembly / reassembly.
- Furniture tagging and inventory list management.
- Loading, stacking, and unloading of the truck.
- Customer communication and support.
- Taking direction and guidance from your team leader.

There is a high physical requirement to this position, and it can be physically and mentally tiring. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with working out of town as we service customers with their moving needs all across the country. All new employee's regardless of their experience will go through a mandatory training period.

**What We Require**:

- Must be customer focused, dependable, and must operate with integrity.
- Must possess furniture moving experience or equivalent.
- Must be physically fit, capable, and be able to individually lift and carry 80-100 lbs repetitively.
- Must be capable of using computer tablets and apps.
- Must be able to occasionally work up to 14 hours in a day.
- Must have flexibility with working and travelling out of the Greater Toronto Area as required.
