The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and post shifts for Operations, Production and Engineering staff and freelance
- Calculate overtime and penalties on a weekly basis and submit to Payroll
- Generate payroll reports
- Track vacation
- Co-ordinate the staffing of technical rooms and studios
- Emergency after hours on call ability a requirement
- Timecard management
- Billing and work order building
- Rotation building and training schedules as required
- Time management and administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years minimum experience Scheduling in a union environment
- Experience using Media Pulse or comparable Scheduling systems are an asset
- Works well in a team-centred environment and client services
- Working knowledge of collective agreements
- Proven scheduling experience in a multi-functional environment
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, detail oriented
- Working knowledge of a studio and post-production environment
- Strong mathematical and problem solving ability
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Montreal TV collective agreement an asset
- Knowledge of television broadcasting
