**REGIONAL MANAGER - PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND**

**THE ROLE**

The Regional Manager, PEI is responsible for the safe, effective and efficient service delivery to the company’s customers in Prince Edward Island. The Regional Manager directs and leads a team of Regional Workforce Coordinators, Site Supervisors and Commissionaires to provide valued services to its clients and assist the Division achieve its organizational and financial goals.

Annual salary range: $58000 to $65000

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The safety and well-being of all staff assigned to and working in the region
- Ensure safe, predictable, effective and efficient delivery of client services
- Providing leadership, direction and general management to the members of the region assigned including selection, coaching, mentoring, development and performance management of key staff in the region
- Collaborate with divisional management and support teams to ensure that the business and operations of the region are aligned with the Division’s mandate and strategy.
- Ensure quantity and quality of service delivery meets contractual commitments
- Maintain positive and mutually beneficial client and employee relations
- Collaborate on new business development opportunities
- Positively represent the brand and the company within the province of PEI

Travel within the region is required as is participation in a rotating on-call team.

**QUALIFICATIONS
- The desire to work with our team to support, of our social mandate
- Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, interpersonal, mentoring and communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, creatively problem solve and meet operational deadlines
- Excellent technology, administrative and organizational skills
- Must meet criminal record requirements and be able to obtain a Government of Canada Level II (Secret level) security clearance
- Designated Veteran Status is a desirable qualification
