Brewing Assistant

Duties will include:

- Cellaring (CIP duties, tank transfers and yeast management)
- Keg washing and packaging
- Operating the canning line and performing quality checks
- Handling raw ingredients
- Assisting in wort production (grain handling/ cleaning)
- Brewhouse CIP duties
- Routine maintenance of equipment
- Record keeping of packaged products and inventory levels of raw materials
- Maintaining a clean production environment at all times
- Other duties relating to daily functioning of the brewery as required

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of brewery experience preferred
- Highly organized and effective team player
- Mechanical understanding of the brewing process and related equipment
- Responsive and professional communication skills
- Pro-active problem solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and maintaining quality
- Pride in quality of work and product

Valid G Drivers License

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week
