**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Key Holder’s primary purpose is to support the overall operations and success of the retail store by effectively managing and motivating a team of Retail Ambassador. The Key Holder’s responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, providing an exceptional customer experience, assist in optimizing inventory management, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and ensuring a safe and inviting shopping environment.

**LOCATION**

The Forks - Flagship Store, Winnipeg MB

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**

Reports to: Retail Store Manager or designate.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Open and close the store, following all processes and procedures
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, communicate key features and brand values, offer instructions for care.
- Supervise the sales floor when the Retail Store/Assistant Manager is not there.
- Share brand story and answer questions about company mission and values.
- Recommend merchandise and assist customers with trying products.
- Suggest additional products to drive sales towards store goals.
- Receive packages and assist in shipping out external packages if needed
- Guide in store staff initiatives to coach, train, review and set performance progression plans for retail ambassadors and key holders. Other related duties as assigned.
- Process sales through point-of-sale sale system, handle cash and balance floats for sales,
- exchanges, and/or returns.
- Inform customers of store promotions and ensure each customer is aware of the return and warranty policies.
- Correctly identify and process damaged and products and communicate issues with management.

**IDEAL EXPERIENCE**
- Professional Experience:_
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a retail sales associate is required
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a key holder is preferred
- Previous supervisory experience an asset.
- Demonstrated communication and relationship building skill
- Educational Position Requirements:_
- Completion of high school.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
