**What you will do**
- Load/unload incoming deliveries using lift truck, overhead crane, pump truck... Distributing and store material and packages to proper location
- Move and change material for machine change over’s and where required
- Perform daily checklist. Record required maintenance on lift trucks perform general upkeep (ie. fuel top up, clean filters, battery maintenance, and grease forks.)
- Liaison with the Materials Supervisor or Manager to ensure all Safety Data Sheets are current and uploaded to the website 3E Online Portal or current tracking software. Remove SDS for products no longer in the facility and upload any new SDS for new products purchased.
- Perform data entry and documentation duties:

- Match packing slip to open purchase order, verify information
- Create receipts in ERP system using “Receipt Entry” and receive materials against purchase order according to packing slip and actual material received.
- Submit all packing slip daily to purchasing/accounting.
- Report any discrepancies to the buyer referenced on the purchase order
- At the end of every shift print a “Received but not invoiced” report, attach to packing slips.
- Perform incoming goods inspection to ensure material conforms to appropriate quality standards
- Perform Waste management duties, arrange for pick up and disposal:

- Garbage compactor: Cardboard bin and recycling totes; Lamps and glass Recycling; Aluminum, Steel, Electrical wire; Plastic recycling
- Perform Cycle counts based on current spreadsheet

**What we need**
- 2 - 3 years performing receiving functions in ERP environment
- Ability to drive forklift, and operate overhead crane
- High School Diploma preferred
- Must be able to read and write English, must have good math skills
- Ability to demonstrate effective listening and verbal skills
- Good work ethic
- An ability to read and use measurements and read blueprints
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Team oriented with an ability to work with others in a multi-cultural environment
- Valid G drivers license with clean abstract

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
