**Home Inspector**

Vrajansh Construction Developer and Consulting Inc. is a leading construction development and consulting firm. We are recognized as a leader in our industry, and we are looking to add a **Construction Inspector** to our team. Our Construction Inspectors are responsible for screening all homes pre-purchase for safety and integrity, and then follow up with the final inspection of the home prior to closing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts for new buildings
- Conduct an inspection and assessment of bridges, dams, highways, sewer systems, and other types of buildings and construction to ensure conformity to drawings, specifications, builfing codes, ot other applicable ordinances.
- Testing of electrical and plumbing installations, steel framework, concrete forms, reinforcing steel mesh and rods, concrete or pre-stressed concrete.
- Inspect buildins and identify and report on structural defects, fire hazards, and other threats to safety and assess the energy performance and potential energy savings of buildings.
- Ensure that workers comply with the policies and safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality regarding customers, vendors, and employees at all times

**Salary**: $49,899.00 per year
