**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise the railcar cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to railcar cleaning operations.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies and customer specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance for regulatory compliance and performance tracking.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in railcar services.
- Strong understanding of rail car operations, regulations, and cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial cleaning.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Successfully pass the Pre-Employment Alcohol and Drug Screening Test
