**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive phone manner
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Minimum 1 years sales or phone experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
