Principales responsabilités:
Recrutement
- Identifier les exigences du poste, rédiger les descriptions de poste et les annonces, participer aux entretiens et à la sélection. Préparer les lettres d'offre et participer à l'intégration et à l'orientation des nouveaux employés, administrer les examens d'essai et de probation.
- Soutenir le processus d'embauche d'associés académiques, d'assistants de recherche, d'associés de recherche (occasionnels et réguliers), de boursiers post-doctoraux, de stagiaires de recherche de premier cycle et de troisième cycle.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour s'assurer qu'ils comprennent l'impact des questions de recrutement et de sélection ; veiller à ce que toutes les nouvelles recrues répondent aux exigences.

Relations de travail et d'emploi
- Aider le gestionnaire à fournir des conseils aux gestionnaires et au personnel universitaire de l'INM en ce qui concerne les questions relatives aux relations avec les employés.
- Effectuer des enquêtes préliminaires sur les cas de relations de travail et d'emploi afin de recueillir des informations et des documents de base pour le gestionnaire.
- Assister le gestionnaire dans le suivi continu de tous les dossiers en cours concernant les relations avec les employés et les relations de travail.

Paie
- Superviser le traitement de toutes les transactions salariales pour l'INM.
- Veiller à l'exactitude et à la conformité de tous les paiements.

Cessations d'emploi
- Assurer le traitement efficace de tous les documents relatifs aux licenciements et aux transferts de salariés.
- Participer à la compilation des statistiques pour les rapports sur le chiffre d'affaires.

Gestion des congés
- Gérer tous les congés médicaux pour l'INM.
- Tenir à jour les données à fournir à la faculté/au centre.
- Veiller à l'embauche rapide du personnel de remplacement.
- Assurer l'administration rapide des dossiers CNESST et aider à résoudre les problèmes liés à la santé et à la sécurité.
- Superviser les processus administratifs pour tous les congés.
- Remplir tous les documents requis.
- Analyser les statistiques sur les congés afin de déceler des tendances.
- Fournir de l'information et faire des recommandations au gestionnaire.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Autres compétences et/ou aptitudes requises

Expérience avérée du travail dans un environnement de ressources humaines. Une expérience des politiques de ressources humaines et des conventions collectives de l'université est un atout. Orienté vers les résultats, avec une capacité démontrée à planifier et à réviser efficacement le travail, à collaborer avec d'autres personnes et à travailler avec succès dans un contexte de groupe. Expérience avérée du travail avec des informations de nature sensible et confidentielle. Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles permettant d'établir et de maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec diverses parties prenantes à tous les niveaux. Capacité à s'adapter et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à mener à bien des projets simultanés. Souci du client et attention avérée aux détails. Aptitude avérée à travailler dans un environnement informatisé en utilisant des logiciels de traitement de texte, des bases de données, des feuilles de calcul et des logiciels de présentation. La connaissance de Workday et de LinkedIn est un atout. La désignation CRHA/CHRP est un atout. Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français.
