**Compensation: Up to $150,000 per year**

**What You Will Be Doing**:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who knows camping, knows how to sell and is ready to develop their skills in a super-fun and fast-paced dealership
- Assist customers to select the right RV for their lifestyle and individual needs through an exceptional sales and service process
- Highlight and educate customers on the features and benefits of various RV's during sales presentations
- Build rapport with customers, answer inquiries and competently resolve any concerns
- Complete necessary documentation accurately
- Follow up with customers to create CampMart customers for life - _We sell memories, not trailer_
- Grow sales and profit within customer base

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience selling RV, Auto, Marine, Leisure and other high-ticket items on a commission basis
- Solid understanding of finance and payment plans
- Valid G Drivers License
- Clean and acceptable driving record
