We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Farm Consultant to join our team in PEI. As a Farm Consultant, you will work closely with local farmers to provide expert advice, innovative solutions, and personalized recommendations to optimize farm operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to assess farm operations, identify challenges, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and sell customized feed plans tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the agricultural industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver educational workshops, training programs, and informational materials for farmers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing needs.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by your manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of agronomic principles and livestock management practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms used in farm management and analysis.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
