Our Order Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for processing online orders, communicating with customers and supporting the sales cycle of the selling staff. This position will be responsible to order review invoices for completeness, order product, secure final payment, schedule deliveries and be the main contact with customers regarding delivery and post-delivery follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing delivery issues/errors.
**Responsibilities**
To improve Customer Service while increasing Profitability by reducing company losses (non-deliveries, shipping costs, unnecessary clearance product, etc.) for Retail invoices:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
